Receive a copy of all data we have about your account — profile, quiz history, study time, certificates, points, and Honor Roll entries — packaged as a ZIP. Available once every 24 hours per GDPR Article 20 / CCPA portability rights.
Note: Stripe billing data is held by Stripe, not in this export. Your purchases and their receipts are under Billing on your profile.

Reset GC Points
Delete all GC Points data (points balance, transaction history, achievements, Honor Roll entries) without closing your account. Your purchased SKUs, profile, study history, and certificates of completion are unaffected. This is immediate and irreversible. See GC Points Program Terms §10.1.
Delete My Account
Request deletion of your account. You'll have a 7-day grace period during which you can reactivate by signing back in. After 7 days, your profile, points, streaks, leaderboard entries and certificates are permanently removed within 30 days. Anonymized analytics are kept, and so is any course record a state licensing board requires us to keep (see our Privacy Policy).
